Good location. Near metro station.
Breakfast was variable. Good coffee.
Staff provided me an invoice upon request to my mailbox
This is not a 4-star hotel. For this price, the items below should not be present at all.
The cleaning service was very average. Dirty dishes after room service were in the hallway for 2 (!!) days
The room was very shabby. The windows hadn't been washed for a long time and there were cobwebs on them.
The breakfast staff worked slowly. Therefore, hot food was often absent.
The fruit salad was actually apple salad, because no one cared.

The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel also provided a convenient water dispenser and excellent toiletries.
I was charged twice and the hotel was difficult to get in touch with. Although I eventually received a refund, the experience was frustrating.
