We received an upgrade which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated
I was not happy with housekeeping staff
1. We returned ti our room to find door open post turn down service
2 we also had housekeeping come into our room while we were there without knocking/ or buzzing
I felt the on duty manager dealt with this very promptly and efficiently

The staff are wonderful and a great help, great location
The rooms need some refurbishment, squeaky doors and cabinets, difficulty of car entering because of embassy security
