Great location and nice design of hotel and bar.
Staff need to pay more attention to communal areas, which are dirty and tired.
Dishes left in outside restaurant area for hours. The area needs a good clean, paint, tidy up and furniture etc cleaned., staff did not tend to plants or the garden.

Location
Car parking could have been better. I had to use the public parking across the street

Brilliant location and staff were lovely especially Jeffrey who was so helpful. Beautiful historic building and excellent breakfast.
No negatives.

Location and room
There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel that’s why I chose it , but nobody says that’s is closed on Subdays , even the bar . I spent there the whole Sunday and i had to go outside to find a place open . The bathroon could be cleaner . They donde allow us to have a room
Till half past 4 . The quality of breakfast was low .
