We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Orléans, which was a midway stopover on our way down to Lamalou-les-Bains. The reception staff were particularly friendly and accommodating, after I had foolishly booked our stay for the following month. The communal area was inviting and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and spacious, and there was ample parking. The breakfast was also very good!
I was disappointed that there was not a single vegan or adaptable plant-based option in the restaurant. When I asked about this at the restaurant, the only thing they could offer me was gazpacho, which was obviously inadequate for an evening meal. While I did get our dates wrong, I would have hoped that something could have been provided (pasta and tomato sauce, for example); we ended up having to go out and find a restaurant despite it being late.

Great staff, perfect beds (extra large is truly extra large!), spotlessly clean, very nice outdoor pool, fresh drinking water bar, ev load facilities.
