Location near CDG airport, room very clean and have big TV and many plugs.

I was used to come in this hotel because of the atmosphere and the originality of the room. Definitely over.

The hotel's shuttle do not operate anymore. Why? "It is like it is" responds the crew, with the typical "French arrogance"... More, they do not respond to few emails asking for itinerary. So it is now 45 mn minimum between all CdG airport's terminals and this hotel, meanwhile the Novotel beside Pentahotel can do it in 15mn, with its private shuttle. Arriving you even do not feel welcome. That was already the case before this last experience. So, Pentahotel is definitely out my list for accommodation in CdG.

I came quite often here. They have recently decided to stop the shuttle between airport terminals and the hotel. Now, you must take CdG Val + Shuttle or bus from Roissypole. Minimum 45mn... The crew, with the typical arrogant French touch, do not respond to the emails asking itinerary and when you ask them at the front desk they tell you a brilliant "it is like it is"... Hey Pentahotel, you have definitely lost a client.

Clean hotel.

Staff are not consistent with their rate and services. They kept changing our bill and no clear breakdown. They cannot provide an OR immediately.

Nice rooms, bar and lounge areas.

Very poor wifi, like something from 20 years ago. Not a good place to stay if you need to work online. The pillows were a bit smelly. The fire escape doors look the same as any other door. They are all black, and the walls in the halls are almost black. It would be very dangerous in a fire, You may never find a way out.

This is my fourth stay. I like the room design and comfort. The staff goes above and beyond to make things easy and the whole hotel is very comfortable.

I like that the hotel has a really nice feel to it and the restaurant and bar are good places to relax.

A little more variety on the menu would be good, as I stayed there 3 nights and was struggling to find something nice by the third night!

Terrible unfriendly place

This is shame for all Penta chain. Absolutely unfriendly and unserviced reception. People there don't smile at all. 40 euros for 2 hours early check-in (really?). Late check out - not this hotel again. I've been so stressed so it's been first hotel I cried in( Deposit for sure. And if you ask ceramic cup for tea (because in the room small paper cups) they doubled your deposit immediately. Long corridor with food plates all day and nobody care to take it off.

The room was clean. The young man on reception this morning on my check-out was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and the self service was fast.

The bus from the airport to the hotel did not arrive as advised in the booking.com description last night. It was below zero and I waited for over an hour standing outside in the cold. My attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered. Luckily, staff in the Ibis assisted me. When I finally arrived at the hotel, the person on reception was indifferent and dismissive. The restaurant was closed , used food trays were left lying in the hallway all night. Contrary to the information provided in the hotel's profile there was no shuttle provided to the airport this morning.

We have stayed at this hotel before and the manager (I don't remember her name but she's been with the company for around 10 years) was very accommodating and remembered us from 2 yrs ago, she's a great asset to the company. Will definitely stay here again.

So warm and lovely concept hotel. People are so kind. I came for exhibition; so the hotel location is too close to airport and exhibition area. Breakfast is good.

Nice rooms, plenty of space, good bar, all very efficient.

The guy on reception who waved away my metered taxi so he could call me a private taxi that would charge me EUR28 for a 4km jourmey. Welcome to Paris, here's your first scam of the day
