The breakfast was okay and the location was not bad. The staff were friendly, welcoming and polite throughout the stay.
The rooms could definitely benefit from some refurbishment, as they felt quite outdated and showed signs of wear and tear. Updating the furniture and overall decor would make a big difference.

Location and staff
To be a 4 stars hotel I would suggest to put a fridge in the room. Only one elevator for this hotel is not enough

Nice location, shawarma and non stop shop nearby
It was to warm, they haven’t decorated the hotel entrance like other hotels in the city especially for the Backstreet Boys concert

"The room size was great. The fact it had two sinks also was very useful. The mini bar too was appreciated."
