The hotel is easy to find, within walking distance of the central train station, situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Reception staff is friendly and competent. Rooms are spacious and tidy. The bathroom was good, instant hot water, new amenities. Breakfast was basic but nourishing.
On the third floor, several rooms are behind what looks like a fire-proof door, which sort of looks like the end of the hallway. A sign leading to these additional rooms would have been helpful. This is only a very small issue, of course. The room itself would benefit from an additional cupboard or closet.

In Ixelles the best place to stay. Just the breakfast is really bad. I would not spent any money on it.

"The room was comfortable, the Bathroom was clean, and there is garage in the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent, however it missed some items (e.g. scrambled eggs)."
