Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal!

Das Zimmer war während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht beheizt! Die Klimaanlage produzierte nur kalte Luft! Der Hausmeister hat sich am Tag der Ankunft gekümmert, leider ohne Erfolg. Habe das Gefühl, mit dem Wochenende war das Problem nicht mehr seins, er hatte ja schließlich Wochenende! Die Wärme konnte nicht in das 5. OG gepumpt werden.

Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof aus sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, und die Betten bequem. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeepad-Maschine. Das Zimmer war gut isoliert. Straßenlärm oder vom Nachbarzimmer war nichts zu hören. Beim Frühstück gab es von allem jederzeit reichlich Auswahl.

Im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers gab es eine Garderobe mit Kleiderbügel. Leider konnte man dort keine Hose aufhängen. Kleiderhaken waren nicht vorhanden. Im Bad gab es auch keinen Kleiderhaken, nur Schienen für die Handtücher. Das WC war so ungünstig platziert, dass man im Sitzen beim Vorbeugen sich den Kopf an der gegenüberliegenden Wand anschlagen konnte. Man konnte nicht bequem auf der Toilette sitzen. Es war zu eng. Da der Duschbereich keine abschließende Türe hatte, nur eine Trennwand, spritzte das Wasser sehr weit in den offenen Bereich. Leider gibt es nur einen Aufzug für das gesamte Hotel. Das ist eindeutig zu wenig.

It was really clean and the staff were very friendly.

Location is top in terms of the town centre, shops, restaurants….etc, and also how close to the motorway it is but without being in eye or earshot of it. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Value for money wise, this is a very good hotel.

Over the years the quality and content of the breakfast has diminished, which is a shame. And some areas of the hotel are also looking a bit shabby and in need of redecoration. Also, the swimming pool hasn’t been in operation the last two times we’ve stayed.

Staff was friendly and efficient, and the pool was sweet!

The hotel is a bit old, but it’s still solid, bonus for the renovated bathroom! We all appreciated it. The worst was that..The bed weren’t comfortable; it was missing that little ‘sleeping on a cloud’ that would make all the little old things around acceptable; like sleeping at a good friends, where you don’t mind the old carpet, but you sleep really well.

We weren’t aware that breakfast was included so we didn’t go to the restaurant, but later found out breakfast was included in our price.

Communication about the breakfast being included would have been perfect!

It was to short, I enjoyed it so much.

food and Drink was very good, all staff spoke English. we arrived early and left our bags at the reception who put them away safe. also it was no problem to do the same when leaving. Hotel is only a short walk from the main shopping area.

Carpet in hall way was very worn and faded,but this is the only fault i have.

Breakfast is very extensive with lot of varieties. I also liked the location of the hotel, it is quite near to lot of restaurants.

There is no parking available from hotel. Hotel will tell you to park in public parking which is very expensive.

The breakfast had a wide selection, fresh and delicious.

Our bathroom was dirty with no clear when we checked in.

The carpets on the second floor was absolutely poor quality. Hotel lobby was poorly maintained. The cleaning services took place only alternative days which came with the great surprise. It should have been communicated while booking.

The existing coffee machine is not able to boil water directly.
