Central location is very convenient. We had a quiet room facing the inner yard. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, perhaps except for one thing: we don't like "pain au chocolat", we wanted the one with raisins. Anyway, we enjoyed the breakfast very much. Room was spacious and quiet, with secure locks and all the equipment was in perfect working order. The garage is very convenient, with direct access to our staircase/elevator. We also had a separate side exit/entrance, very convenient.
Nothing to note, but maybe the ticket reader at the exit gate, the mechanism require some maintenance, it was "hesitating" while reading the exit ticked. However, it worked, so no rush, just consider checking it up.

Great location, nice big rooms, and very friendly staff!!
The A/C in our room didn’t seem to work and none of the 4 staff we asked for help could figure it out. Being there in the middle of the summer heat wave was less than ideal the bit room itself was great.

The room was spacious, comfortable and just right for my family and I. The hotel is centrally located - walking distance from major sites, restaurants, coffee shops.
We walked towards the city wall with our young daughter and discovered we were in the red light district. I think the hotel should alert guests about the area and which way to walk to avoid the red light district.

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man Nürnbergs Altstadt gut zu Fuß erkunden kann. Das Hotel eigene Parkhaus ist ein großer Vorteil.
