Das Personal war super.

Das Frühstückschaos war unübertroffen:keine Teller, keine Brötchen, gefrorenes Brot, kein Kaffee…. die Auswahl war mehr als spärlich bei 17 Euro pro Person.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Der Empfang war freundlich. Zimmer waren sehr gut und ruhig. Abends waren wir noch in der Innenstadt Essen. Dort gibt es ein gutes Gastronomieangebot.

Die Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind etwas knapp und nicht alle unter Dach. (Da liegt das Ladegerät ggf. im Regen) Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Hier war es nicht möglich ein Spiegelei oder ähnliches zu bestellen. Auch fehlten regionale Spezialitäten oder Fisch auf dem Buffet.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf Altstadt und Hafen,sichere Fahrradstellplätze , Zimmer allein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Überteuertes dafür nur mäßig gutes Frühstück, dunkler Frühstücksraum mit viel zu lauter Dudelmusik

Everything except first day´s breakfast. The hotel is very well located to explore Stade.

The breakfast crew was a bit overwhelmed on the first day, first scrambled eggs where missing, when those arrived there were no more plates... On the second day it seemed to work much better.

Nice location, easy parking, great beds in rooms! Flexible to get us dinner even though we arrived much later than expected!

A bit difficult about some details -- like storing baggage whist we explore Stade for an hour. Note we travel with four open-top classic cars, thus safe storage in car is impossible. Dinner was strange -- we had to make a reservation but there was NO ONE there at 8 pm ??

After midnight loud conversation and disturbance from people in the street

We liked the location and how comfortable and clean it was.

There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room you have to pay extra to get it from a machine in the hallway.
