Lovely room with a fabulous walk in shower.
Katrina was most helpful when we checked in.
The small lift was quite slow and was also used by the housekeeping staff

Close to airport.
Pillows are not comfortable, carpet is dirty. For cost I expected a bit more

This hotel was right next to the train station and on the edge of the old town. Excellent location for visiting Bern. Staff were friendly. There’s a co-op nearby for inexpensive meals if that is important. We did not eat at the hotel
It was pricey, but I can’t say it was any more than any other hotel around
