Friendly staff and quite polite. Room was clean and comfy beds. Bathroom was clean and everything was great.
Pillows were not that comfy. Too soft for our liking.

The location is excellent, and we got an upgrade. Andrea, who manned the reception when we arrived was very professional. We parked our car in the parking nearby in Stresemannstrrasse 8, a clean and spacious garage but without any commercial relationship to the hotel.
The bed was OK but the pillows were poor quality. There was an unpleasant odour from the shower. The breakfast was not in any way impressive, and the breakfast staff was not very service-minded.
