Everything was perfect.

The location and the front desk staff, she was amazing.
The shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty, we have used the liquid soap for showering, not a big deal. Most probably we had arrived early and they gave us the room in hurry.

The room was quite nice and met my expectations. The furniture is luxurious and adds a touch of elegance to the space. Overall, I had a wonderful experience during my stay.
The room could be cleaner. I noticed some areas that were missed during cleaning. Overall, it's a nice space, but it needs more attention to detail.

The room is clean; however, the bed is not very comfortable, and we experienced some itchiness. We are unsure whether the bedsheets were properly cleaned or changed before our stay.
We were especially disappointed with the facility, particularly the pool area, and unfortunately did not enjoy it much. We arrived in the afternoon planning to swim; however, the staff informed us that there were no towels available anymore. We also approached the reception, and while they tried to assist us, no proper solution was provided. Because of this inconvenience, we decided to return to our room instead.
