Totally not satisfied. Felt cheated as I booked specifically for the shuttle bus as rains and storm was predicted.

Close to the airport.

Took very long to check in. They put all the blame on booking.com not sending the booking through. Had to change rooms as the first one smelled strongly of smoke. They canceled the complimentary shuttle bus for no obvious reason. It wasn’t really heavy rain. Sorry was the only compensation offered

Már a név sem kötelezi megbízható minőségre a szállodákat. Egy igazi Le Meridien nem ilyen.

Közel van a reptérhez. Igaz ennek megfelelő minőségű Le Meridien a szálloda.

A személyzet rendkívül felkészületlennek tűnt, mert a fél órával korábbi foglalást sehogy sem sikerült megtalálniuk a rendszerben. Ez ezen a szállodai szinten elfogadhatatlan. Ebben a régióban mindenhol jellemző ezekre a szállodákra, hogy átható cigarettafüst érződik a folyosókon, szobában, még a takaróban is. Ez azért van, mert rengeteg vendég és rengeteg alkalmazott is abból az országból érkezik, ahol olyan igénytelenek az emberek, hogy nem mennek ki tiltás ellenére sem a szabad levegőre rágyújtani. Emellett se a vízforraló, se a kávégép nem működött a szobában.

Décevant !

La Literie est au top ainsi que le design des chambres et de l’hôtel.

Malheureusement très déçus globalement. 3 piscines sur 5 disponibles dont 1 dans un autre bâtiment.. De plus, Si vous recherchez un petit déjeuner, je ne vous conseille pas du tout celui de l’hôtel, sauf si vous restez 1j ou 2j. Nous avions pris le petit déjeuner pensant que celui-ci allait varier mais il ne l’était pas. Pas beaucoup de choix, des suggestions fades sans saveurs. Clairement j’aurais préféré prendre mon petit déjeuner en extérieur… nous avions eu un problème d’eau chaude, au bout de 48h aucune solution, nous devions nous plaindre afin qu’il nous donne une autre chambre pour avoir accès à de l’eau chaude, et il nous ont mis dans une chambre pire que celle qu’on avait de base, encore une fois, nous étions obligé de nous plaindre pour avoir une meilleure chambre. Toutes les personnes ne sont pas traitées de la même valeur dans cet hôtel !

A handy stop-over choice for us over the last few years, but we're probably now ready for a change.

An early check-in was provided (at an additional cost), as the only available Emirates flight landed at 3.30am! The room was large, but felt a little damp. Breakfast options are plentiful, and the staff working within the Royal Club lounge are very professional and accommodating. The gym and swimming pool facilities are excellent at this hotel.

The hotel just seems very dated, and old fashioned, when viewed against the latest generation of hotels (especially their competitors in the UAE).

schönes Hotel direkt am Flughafen

Tolles Hotel in Areo City. Hat eine schöne Sports Bar sowie ein gutes italienisches Restaurant. Gutes Frühstück auf dem Lobby Level. Alles sehr sauber und wie man es von einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwarten kann.

Super Hotel und Konferenzzentrum - wenn man saukalt mag!

19 Grad kalte Zugluft in allen Gängen und Räumen sind nur für Eisbären angenehm. Trotz mehrmaliger Bitten an das Personal war es nicht möglich in den Konferenzräumen die Temperatur anzuheben.

Gutes Businesshotel mit guter Infrastruktur

Tolles und zuvorkommendes Service (Mr. Masar) in der Executive Lounge im "alten" Hotel und beim Pool im "alten Hotel".

Betrunkene Hotelgäste mit lauter Musik am Hotelpool. Niemand hat die auffallenden Hotelgäste zur Rede gestellt!

Beautiful hotel, everything at a high level

We came very early in the morning to hotel. Reception allowed us to wait by the pool and we could check in from 10.00 AM without any charge which is very nice gesture. Rooms are big and cozy, I like very much linen at the bed. Al staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. We had lunch and dinner at two different hotel restaurants, great food, great service.

Quite long distance from main reception to our wing and a bit confusing corridors, but I got used to it.

Not recommending at all, I’m happy I did not get sick after all this

Location is great but hotel is very dirty. I am not talking about room I am talking about food part. Dishes , tables. Front desk , they are unprofessionals . They charged my guest while they made me sure that everything was paid by me already. Products they use are not fresh and it’s most probably old especially meat. I complained about it and all they did is informed sheff but there was no communication back. What a waste of resources. Management is failing in all way.

Just location rest is terrible

dobry hitel ale do odnowienia w świetnej lokalizacji przy lotnisku

położony bardzo blisko lotniska z pięknym holem ale już podstarzały. pokój duży, wyposażenie i meble - już czas na wymianę; łazienka duża - osobno prysznic, toaleta i wanna. woda letnia. spod hotelu bus na lotnisko ( ale rzadko), za to taksówka kosztuje tylko 12-15 Dh Dla nas, po odwołaniu lotów z Dubaju z powodu zalania lotniska- idealne rozwiązanie.

Excellent hotel very close to the airport.

The room was a generous size and the bathroom and toiletries were great. The location was perfect as we needed to be at the airport for a morning flight. Parking onsite was also very easy.

The shuttle only started after 6am, which made it not possible for us to use. It would be helpful if the hours for the shuttle were mentioned on the site.

Absolutely poor hotel

Front desk never answers the call. No dental kits, no slipper, no one answered service call. For coffee machine, the coffee capsule does not fix the machine, you could not have coffee in room at all. There is no suitable changer in restroom for dryer, dryer could not be used at all. In one word, very poor hotel with very poor location, definitely not recommended.

Ideal Dubai stopover

The garden facing room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport but without the usual airport noise. The staff were very helpful and obliging. The breakfast selection was really good.

The price of a beer in Dubai is rather high but that’s the country, not the hotel.

Close to the airport, nice lobby.

Rooms need a makeover, seriously old, smelly and not 5* for sure. We asked for rooms next to each other, they gave us rooms with 15 rooms between.

Een heerlijk verblijf, in één woord fantastisch.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Van receptie tot schoonmaak, van keuken tot bediening. Alles was top. Verder was de accommodatie gunstig gelegen om te zonnen en relaxen, dichtbij vliegveld en de malls waren bereikbaar met een gratis shuttle.

Very comfortable stay , with excellent customer.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Exceptional front of house staff. A wonderful manager Kimberly who was engaging and went out of her way to make my last few hours easier prior to a 02.15 flight back to Australia. All staff were very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

So atendimento e do conforto. Ficamos apenas alguma horas entre a chegada do nosso voo e retorno para nossa conexão. O hotel é bom, mas não o classifico um 5 estrelas. Conceito muito antigo. Cama super confortável.

Na chegada a noite conseguimos utilizar as instalações sanitárias, chuveiro, banheira. Porém logo cedo não tinha agua no banheiro. Deixaram um papel informando sobre a manutenção. Mas realmente queríamos um banho antes de pegar a conexão e enfrentar um longo voo. Localização é boa apenas se vc quiser ficar perto do aeroporto. Existem muitos hotéis muito mais charmosos de fácil acesso ao aeroporto. Para algumas horas como foi o nosso caso, seria melhor ter escolhido outra opção mais econômica e atualizada, mesmo sem ser 5 estrelas.

Amazing hotel and staff.

Great hotel and the staff completes our amazing stay. We stayed 10 nights with a family group of eight with two children. We recommend Le Meridian club and Le Royal Club rooms as it includes in the same price the afternoon tea with small cakes and sandwiches from 3pm to 5pm and the Happy Hour from 6pm to 8pm wines and tapas also taking you to the airport on our departure. A big variety of breakfast and food was lovely and the staff was attentive, kind and with always a smile on their faces. We are very grateful to all the staff that really made our stay Perfect ❤️

We loved everything, we cannot fault it in any way.
