Thanks for having us, we’d book this hotel again.

Good location, close to the city centre. Rooms were warm & spacious. The coffee machine & fridge were great.

Was a little shabby in places but just needs a bit of investment. Nothing to complain about too much.

Un sejur care a meritat, personalul amabil, camera placuta.

Micul dejun a fost delicios, personalul foarte amabil, camera spatioasa, curata. Hotelul este amplasat la aproximativ 7 min de Casa lui Mozart si la 15 min de centrul orasului, respectiv Casa natala a lui Mozart.

Nu a fost nimic neplacut.

Perhaps Lesserhof would be more accurate

The room was a reasonable size and the AC worked well. It is near the bus and train station.

We kept getting damp towels. The bathroom was airless and looked grim. The breakfast room was small and crowded.

Room with a view

Easy walk from the main station(4mins). Mirabella Gardens close by. Old town a pleasant stroll away. Lovely location, clean, safe environment. Our room was very comfortable and all amenities worked perfectly. Staff were very helpful with suggestions and directions. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, had air conditioning and the bed, pillow and sheets were comfortable. Breakfast was good with warm bread and good selection of toppings.

The shower door let water to flow on the bathroom floor. Air conditioner made weird sounds for time to time. Room doors could be upgraded to be more soundproof.

Good location, friendly staff, breakfast included. Comfortable rooms.

Bathrooms could do with updating. Showers were excellent but the shower cubicle leaked on to the floor. Good choices for breakfast but the coffee wasn't always hot. May be add a kettle to the rooms for making a hot drink.

Very difficult to have hot water in the shower in the morning "rush hour" at the 4th floor (there are 5 floors). Worked well in the evening, or late morning (from 10am)...

Magical stay for the full “Sound of Music” experience!

Convenient, cozy and clean! Breakfast was amazing and the staff at breakfast were super polite, kind and accommodating.

Great value and location.

Good location for both station and town centre. Charming older style hotel with nice staff. I would stay here again. Lovely bathroom.

Our room was a little awkward if tall as was right at the top.

An economic accommodation in relatively central location

- Good breakfast - Competitive price - Old town in walking distance

- A dark and strangely shaped room in the rear of building. - As a view it was possible to look into flat or corridor of adjacent residential building - and vice versa. - Locating somehow far from running bus lines

Hostel, not hotel standard. Breakfast good. OK to stay overnight but would not recommend the place.

Cleaning was very poor. No towels in room upon arrival. Old facilities.

Nightmare, thankfully we stayed just one night. there are very good hotels near hbf.

nothing except the morning staffs at the breakfast lounge

we talk over the phone and I was told that we can checkin after 2 pm and our room number is 14. we came after 3 pm. then we were given another room which is in the terrace. but I was not told that it is in the terrace. after I put the luggage at the door I went downstairs for quick smoke. even I talked to the reception guy about finding a cigarette shop nearby. after coming back I saw the room and immediately went to reception to change the room within less than 30 minutes. we did not use anything there. there is only one chair in the room, and since my one year son sat just at one corner side of the bed, they made that an issue and declined to change the room. while booking I booked looking at more beautiful room, and this room does not even have a descent window. this is simply a dark terrace room and sometimes very noisy at night when it is raining. light is also very limited. nothing good. I did not paid 116 euros (that also with a discount from booking.com) for this kind of room and behavior. they just simply cheated us by selling this below average room. May be they have other ways of stealing money from customers. I am traveling almost all over the world (USA, Europe, and Asia) over a decade and never dealt with such kind of bloody cheaters in hotels. I never had to complain against any hotel before. and here the customer service was even reluctant to answer the chat. If required, I can provide the screenshot. and the reception guy was even tried to argue with his illogical statements. this is simply not done. I am also using booking.com for the last couple of time. they rated this hotel as 7.5 and 3*. so I am also doubtful about this rating. I will definitely lodge complain against the hotel once I arrive my home.

Quick but enjoyable visit in this layover city of our European adventure.

Easy to access. Clean. Nice breakfast. NIce walk to palace and city center

Only issues were with too hot of a temperature in the room at night and the pillows were far too soft...no support unless folded over.
