The wellness suite was nice and large and had a couch to enjoy a drink and the beautiful view on. The breakfast buffet was very busy, but managed to keep plenty of food out and everything moving along nicely. The rooftop breakfast view was amazing! Parking was secure in the basement (I’d prefer free parking, however). The staff was lovely from the moment of checkin until we left 3 days later. Superb service!
Nothing.

Great facilities, pools, saunas, and location overlooking the mountains. Buffet breakfast on the top floor was special. Ground floor restaurant was appreciated on a rainy day.
Parking should be included in the stay as not located in a busy city. Or discounted for guests. I could have appreciated a pillow service like other big hotels, as those provided were too soft. Minor detail. Overall, I loved the facilities and would definitely revisit.

I originally booked a stay at Four Points but didn’t actually end up staying there. Shortly before check-in, I received a call from the hotel informing me that the room was not in suitable condition. They kindly offered me two alternative accommodations nearby. As compensation, they included access to wellness and sauna services, as well as breakfast, which we appreciated. While it was unexpected, the staff handled the situation professionally and made sure we were taken care of.
