Bazény, strava, lokalita, zeleň, klid.
Neměli jsme balkon, ale nakonec nám to nevadilo.

3 pools with warm water, not very big, but also not crowded, thus fully sufficient; choice of saunas; plenty of food with quick personnel (many of them try basic communication in your language, what is nice), some variety between days, good desserts, fine overall; balcony on the third floor with nice view into the park with very high trees (but other rooms can face other directions like pool, road, etc.); bathroom small but sufficient with bathtub; parking spots available for a little fee; EV charger available
Matrasses rather soft – maybe plus for someone, but not for us; even though hotel is a no smoking one, there was occasional smell in our room somewhere from other rooms; very poor wifi in our corner room (usable for emails; but even basic browsing was often very slow), in the central parts of the hotel it was better; be careful of ticks in the park (but hotel has has its own doctor during regular hours, so feel free to ask for help)

The stay was very comfortable; everything you need to enjoy the spa is provided. The food was excellent and plentiful. The staff is accommodating. Thus even though the rooms do not offer all the little things like tissues or cotton buds you would expect in a four-star hotel we think we will come here again. Not to forget, the surrounding arboretum is beautiful and great for walking.

The room size is pretty decent but the bathroom is quite small. The breakfast was good with many options for almost all tastes. The dinner very good (type buffet) but not so many options in terms of drinks. The location is is good but a bit boring because there are not many things to do.
A minus is that some staff from the hotel do not speak English and is pretty hard to communicate. Also, as a minus from my point of view was the fact that deck chairs were never clean up during our stay.

Room was large and clean. Breakfast and dinner were good.
The hotel is in big garden with lot of wonderful trees and there are big amount of sun beds enough for all guests who want to use them.
Our room was on upper floor without balcony, so we did not have place where to hang our wet swimming costumes after bathing. The weather was last days very hot, so our room was overheated. The air condition was weak and was not able to cool the room properly.
Pools need to be renovated and the outside swimming pool is too small for this size of hotel.

Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. We was surprised from beds, because its too soft for us, but are comfortable. Location is great and hotel have interesting atmosphere.
We had open balcony door and another guests sometimes used their balcony as smoking place before breakfast or after dinner... but this is problem everywhere.

It was a very pleasant stay for my family of four. Two almost adult children enjoyed relaxing pools, saunas and excellent half board as well as me and my wife. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.
Breakfast is a buffet type the same as dinner. Both are very delicious and you can also have two vegetarian dishes plus four or five meat dishes. Breakfast is in period of 7.00-10.00 AM and dinner 18.00-20.30 PM. Pools opened since 7.00 AM till 20.30 PM. There is a bathrobe in the room, many towels and you can just put it on and go straight to the pools or saunas. However, there are no slippers. So I do recommend to take a pair with you which is suitable for pool areas. Quiet and large rooms with extra large bath equipped with a tub, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. Large wardrobes with many hangers, safe-deposit box, shoehorn and extra pillows with sheets is what you exactly expect from Ensana Thermal Sarvar Hotel. Comparing Ensana with Hotel Park Inn nearby I definitely recommend Ensana as it is really cosy and quiet place for relax. Arboreto behind the hotel...we will explore next time because we travelled Keszthely, Sopron, Koszeg, Cák, Veszprem, Szombathely...Hungary with Sarvar is perfect location to explore Hungary. And if you have Ensana there-just go :-)
Thank you Ensana Staff (also for a kettle in our room) and good luck.

The hotel has an excellent location: both the town center, including shopping facilities as well as the botanical garden are close by. The restaurant is spacious with a good arrangement though the buffet island may tend to be too busy if the occupancy of the hotel is above average/high. The food and the service in the restaurant was superb and the staff is really friendly. The fitness/wellness area is also nice and clean yet may again be a bit crowded (eg.: the finish sauna can comfortably fit max 4 adults which for a hotel with over 430 rooms is too small). Our room (430) was nice and spacious though the size of the bathroom (including the toilet) is a bit small. For loving couples it’s a bit of a disappointment/disadvantage that there’s no king size bed just two separate beds in a double room. Special thanks to the staff of the wellness section!
Breakfast is served till 10:00, which is okay but dinner was served only until 8:30pm which we have found too early to close. The facility “minibar“ in the room is a bit misleading, what you get is an empty fridge in the room that you are “free to fill up” if you want it. During our 3-night stay our room was not serviced - upon arrival we found an empty can of chips under our bed - though we got sufficient clean towels.

A uniquely super hotel. Great staff. Great food. Very welcoming.
An elegant older style building but really nice.
