Location is great. Of course, the price of the room are reflecting that as well.
Breakfast is just mediocre. The coffee from the machine is horrible.

Fabulous views from our room and the Rooftop Bar, excellent location, great breakfast, great staff
6 / 10Average·Sep 2025
The location is excellent and the cleanliness and hygiene standards were excellent.
I was disappointed by the attitude of the staff across several departments—including reception, concierge, and restaurant personnel. They appeared frustrated and seemed either untrained or not motivated, which spoiled the overall experience.
This was particularly noticeable because during my visits to other hotels and services in Budapest, restaurants and taxis, the staff there were consistently courteous, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, the service level at Hilton Budapest did not meet these expectations. I sincerely hope the hotel can address these issues to align its guest service quality with the generally high standards found elsewhere in the city.
