A basic hotel in a good location.

Location was great and the breakfast was satisfying.

Our room was very small. I feel the photographs used to advertise the property are exaggerating the size and lounge area of the hotel. We did go to the common lounge to prepare a cup of tea for ourselves ( costing €2) to find that there was no milk available. So we didn’t bother.

Good location.

Our air con didn't work which is a big problem in 30 degree heat. Sweltering overnight. My daughter's room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke.

Definitely a good choice based on how convenient the location is and how nice the staff is.

Staff was great, location was perfect, the bedroom section of the room was clean and crisp as a hotel should be.

The bathroom sink was clogged since we got there, and while staff did quickly come to fix it, they didn't actually fix anything - they just removed the drain (which helped the water go down, yes) but also left it on the sink which was gross. The bathroom also had a particular smell - not quite bad but not great, I think it was the cleaning product they use. Breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment. The potatoes and eggs were never warm, not even when they were freshly placed on the hot plate... :/

Conveniently located small hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Staff is very kind, daily clean room service works well. The location is great, central. The city is very walkable from hotel. The street is noisy but the windows are pretty good.

There could be more variety for breakfast. The glasses for water are plastic instead of glass which is not sustainable at all.

Ok for a few days in Naples.

Location close to metro and port. Rooftop breakfast.

Room a bit small for 2 people. No tea making facilities. Shower small and an odd shape (ours also broken in two places). Some foods at breakfast run out early. Lift an odd shape (and still have to go up some stairs from reception to get to it). Breakfast ends earlier than other places. Checkout time also earlier than other places.

Very good...

We traveled by car and the hotel staff arranged the parking service which worked perfectly. The staff provided us with useful information upon arrival which made it easy to navigate in the town. The hotel location was perfect, walking distance to old city, shopping, restaurants and to the sea boulevard. Clean hotel, comfortable bed, nice small room with balcony and good breakfast. A GREAT small hotel at the perfect location that I warmly recommend to you who want to be surrounded by nice staff and Napoli atmosphere.

Good

Room was heated enough, staff was friendly, location was great, everything within walking distance. The bus from the airport stops 500m awaa,very convenient.

The hotel is near the main street,so traffic can bother you if your ears are sensitive. The photos of breakfast were not as it was. We are not fans of sweets for breakfast.and there was too much of that and not much of other stuff. Wifi kept throwing out.

Bad aircon followed by poor communication

Location is good for exploring Naples.

The room was very warm on arrival, we turned on the air-con before sleeping to cool the room, only to wake up in the middle of the night and the temperature had risen to 31c. We turned off the air-con at that point, but it was impossible to cool the room and made for an uncomfortable stay. We raised this with staff at check-out the next morning and they said to contact them directly for a discount. We did this and the hotel blamed Italian law and did not apply a discount as promised - if they knew this was a problem they should have informed us at check-in not to use the air-con system.

Very central Friendly staff Nice beds

Next to a very busy street. Quite soundproof walls, though. Also the aircon works as white noise. The bathroom was quite spacious, but felt a bit old and used. Breakfast was ok, but mostly cakes, fruit (that was often surrounded by flies) and toast bread The aircon in room 408 was making a clicking noise If you are in room 408 you might be woken up by the breakfast preparations upstairs

it was clean, safe and good for couple nights.

it was very clean and good location Close to the via tribulani and spanish quarters and the port!it also fealt safe.

breakfast could be better with more salty things and better bread. also maybe boiled eggs could be good!price for the night is quite high for this level of the hotel i think. but this is Napoli and it seems alla hotels there are expensive.

Exceptional

The positioning is great if you want to stroll through the city, because the hotel is somewhat half way between the Piazza del Plebiscito or Palazzo Reale on one side, and the historical center on the other side. I also want to praise the soundproofing, because our room was facing the highly-trafficked, noisy, cobblestone street in front of the hotel, and yet we were able to sleep like babies, the room was surprisingly quiet. Happy with our stay overall.

Expensive one night stay, doubt I would return.

Receptionist #1 is very nice, offered me a cold water bottle, and helped me find transportation to Herculaneum. Receptionist #2 was also very nice and helped me get to the Archaeological Museum using the Metro. I discussed eating breakfast and calling a cab the next morning.

I did not care for receptionist #3: When I asked if he had any tooth paste, couldn't help. When I asked for a water bottle at night, he said that the cabinet was locked. The following morning I explained what I had discussed with the previous receptionist and he called the cab to arrive immediately, confused, I asked about breakfast and his response was "no breakfast". Lastly, I did not care for the 50 Euro deposit put on my card for "breakage" .

Very good

Its a pity there are a lot of stairs, my mum who has mobility problems found it very difficult. There are stairs to get in the hotel and stairs to go to have breakfast. A person who is in a wheelchair will find it very difficult.

ideal hotel, will concider when returning to Naples

the property was really lovely. the welcome and chill area were a lot more colourful than the bedrooms. lovely light options for breakfast. great base for being out and about all day

slight odour coming from the shower but once we ran the water no issues.

Not good hotel.i dont come back

I pay to 18 mr room and i get 15 mr room.the breakfast was worst .no vegtable .and they shut at me when i bring salat and tomatos by my self.i dont like this hotel Im very disapointment
