Location was great, once we got our bearings. Walkable distance into the city centre and train/bus station. Good weight room facility downstairs was a bonus.
The shower was dreadful…needs maintenance to hold the rose up. Also we requested direction on lowering the aircon setting in our room. The girl at the desk said it was controlled by them and said she would sort. It never happened, 26deg is very hot!!

Good facilities, comfortable bed, free parking and the staff were excellent.
Not sure it merits 4 stars as a hotel due to how outdated some of the decor is and the basic nature of the service. That being said it is a perfect place to access Verona from

The bathroom was nice
Alice who checked us in wasn't so welcoming. No smile at all on her face, hardly spoke either

"This isn't my first visit to the BW Hotel Fiera, and as always, it was excellent. This time, I had a room with a small terrace, which was a great pleasure."
