The room was spatious, and the hotel was overall nice, with easy parking.
The value for money, in the area, is acceptable.
The hotel feels like a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel.
There are multiple small details: the breakfast is very limited in variety, and even the orange juice is paid separately; the control of the room temperature was essentially impossible, as you could not heat the room, which became cold at night; the blinders were not effective; there was no place to sit and work; etc...

Extremely clean, the rooms are cleaned every day and the minibar is replenished with still and sparkling water. The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast was varied and rich.
The location is a little further from the city center , train station and from the sights, about half an hour's walk, which is not terrible, but after a hard day, it requires at least a return to the hotel by taxi.

It's a decent place to stay to visit Pisa, a bit of a walk to get to the centre but easily doable. The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was mostly clean
The room we had was a lot more run down than the pictures suggest. The furniture is marked and scuffed and the floor was very scratched and scruffy looking.
The bed and bathroom were clean, but there was residue in the sink in the bathroom and cotton pads on the floor under the desk in the main room.
For the stars and the price I was expecting better.
