The location was very good. Close to the main sights in Florence. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
The bathrooms were quite dated (albeit very clean).

Big room, nice comfortable bed, big enough shower and bath tub. Very convenient location, walking distance to many major sites. Great breakfast.
The presence of cameras in ZLT zones made it very challenging to drive a car to and from the hotel in order to avoid them and not get a ticket. It’s less stressful to travel either by train or flying because both, the train station and the airport are very close and accessible.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. Reception staff were helpful. Our room was comfortable with a good bathroom.
The layout for the breakfast buffet was cramped/disorganised and we were slightly disappointed by the variety of food on offer. Fruit Juices were watered down etc. and personally we do prefer to use a coffee machine. The bar had very little atmosphere and the garden area was a little tired.
