The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and just a short taxi ride away from the city center of Siena.
We didn't dislike anything, but some meals at their restaurant were better than others.

Delightful staff, great pool and setting
Slight sewage smell on route from hotel to lower rooms which persisted throughout stay. near big mechanical system (ventilation?)

Very beautiful setting and helpful front desk staff. Great restaurant and terrace to enjoy breakfast , lunch or dinner .
The description of our room had mentioned a private little terrace with a view of the garden which was why we booked it , it turned out the view was not of the lovely garden but just tall trees and a low wall all around and viability with room next doors patio . Next stay we would book another room higher up .

Outside the city but close enough to walk in, ample parking, pool bar was nice
Extremely dated premises, at times lack of cleanliness, we had an issue with red ants in the room, service could be amazing at times but highly inconsistent at others. Needs a refurb
