Executive Hotel

Room and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be good.

It’s in a good location and has a free packing space, easily accessible with supermarket very close

The staff were super friendly and it was easy to park, the breakfast was buffet and good with typically global options. The location was convenient to food. The room was big enough for a large person with massive shower which was great!

My only real issue is the bed was not comfortable and just had sheets, 2 small very soft pillows. Nothing in the room to make it more comfortable. The AC worked well but was noisy and you would be cold if you use it all night, too hot it you didn't. Would be easy to fix by adding better or extra pillows. Have an extra blanket in the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful, check in and check out were straightforward and quick, the fitness room is a plus, breakfast is the best, plenty of choice, hot beverages a la carte. Location is good, too

This hotel had better days. Not sure how it retains the 4 stars. I believe it could be a good 3 stars instead. The facilities are old and furniture is outdated, plenty of Amazon Basics items around, starting from the complimentary pencil in the room to the cutlery. The bathroom has glass surfaces, very easy to spot the dirt there. The room was incredibly hot when we checked in (mid October) as it was south facing, the Aircon was turned off and it took hours to cool it down. The remote control didn't work, I had to turn the TV on using the TV button, asked for new batteries which were promptly provided, but it kept not working, so could not use the TV as the volume was too high. The room was clean, but a thin layer of dust was visible on the surfaces. The desk led lamp did not work as it was plugged to the TV usb. No "do not disturb" card was provided. In the bathroom, not enough towels hooks were available. there was just one hook. No hooks or towel stands were available by the sink or the bidet. There were only two pillows. No extra pillow was available.
