Location was really handy. Room was very clean. We did not stay for breakfast.
The only problem from people traveling from the USA is that there are no washrags. I know this is the norm in other countries but it would have been nice to have a few.

The bartender was a gem - great bar and fantastic location - especially if you’ve come by train !

We loved everything about our stay in the hotel. The staff is super welcoming, the room very convenient, the food super tasty. The AC worked well. Everything was perfect and we would certainly like to come back once in Bologna.
Everything was perfect. No complaints.

Great location. Close to the train station and easy to get to the rest of Bologna. They have a Dyson style hair dryer which is great!
2 of my pillow cases had blood on them - I noticed at night. They brought me 2 new ones when I called. Just inspect your bed when you check in and make sure it’s all clean.
Also, you don’t get a thin sheet to sleep with just a duvet. First hotel I’ve ever been at that only had a heavy duvet - which was too warm to use so we slept without any type of blanket. I asked for a thin sheet but didn’t come.
