The staff were really friendly, helpful and dedicated. The location, close to the train station and the city center, was great. I was not disturbed by the noise outside, so I guess rooms are correctly soundproofed. Breakfast was okey, nothing very fancy though. The cleanliness was good.
The bathroom, although it looks fairly new, could use a refresh. I gave up trying to open the sliding door after my second attempt because it was so hard to operate and noisy—not exactly ideal if there are two of you... The shower has only a fixed overhead spray (no showerhead at the end of a hose), which makes showering a bit of a balancing act when you don’t want to wash your hair. The rooms are very sparsely furnished: no iron, not even a small box of tissues, no kettle with a small tea bag...

The location was much better than I had imagined: a quick 8 to 9-minute stroll to Piazza Maggiore. The room was spotless as was the bathroom, which had a nice shower with hot water; the staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent, with many food options.
The carpeting in the room. But worse were the pillows which, for us, were much too hard to rest one’s head on in comfort.

Staff were very helpful to help us (group of 6) book a dinner reservation. Breakfast was great with great coffee

Location was great for the local history area
The room is tiny and the bathroom is badly designed. You have to sit sideways on the toilet as there a wall so close on one side.
The shower is so small with a huge shower head designed for a double shower.
The noise from outside wakes you up all the time and then the cleaner starts outside the door ridiculously early, even on a Sunday .
Before 7.00am there is noise.
