Location. We like that it’s near train station, ferry bus stops, piazzara Roma. Easy to get in and out. Naturally it’s by the Main Street and grand canal so you have easy access to all main shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
The elevator goes from ground floor - no stairs.
Staff are nice.
Not sure it’s 2 stars or 3 stars - facilities and amenities are minimal - but enough for us- it’s clean and safe and quiet.

Location was amazing, dropped luggage off early and free to explore. So close 4minutes from water buses and station. Lively street and lots to explore. Perfect for being out all day and returning to sleep.
Our door didn't lock from the outside, ok from inside, water leak from cistern. Toilet area very cramped.
