Everything was excellent and much better than we expected from a hotel officially rated as 3 star. My only tiny negative is that the hotel's wifi did not reach our room so we had to rely on roaming

Cleanliness. Location.
Size or room key. It’s a weighted thing that was terrible trying to carry around while site seeing.

Reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming upon our arrival, providing lots of helpful information including the boat timetable and map of the area. Breakfast had a good selection including gluten-free options and even prosecco! Our room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Pool area was nice and very clean. The hotel was perfectly situated near local restaurants and only a short walk to the lake.
The water in the pool was a bit cold!

The lovely pool view from our room. The room was clean and the cleaner came in every day and provided clean towels. The breakfast was nice, plenty of choice.
The jacuzzi was same temperature as pool, so not as warm as usually or snd only 1 button worked so only a few jets working. Bar was quite too, but very clean,
