Amazing hotel, price adequate to the standard but extremely expensive parking

Pool and sauna, great view from the balcony. Tasty breakfast with broad variety of products.

Very expensive parking, 140zł/day. It’s worth to park your car in one of the private parkings close by for half the price.

Ist ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, was gerne weiter empfohlen werden kann.

Das sehr freundliche Personal. Der bewachte Pakplatz. Die Lage vom Hotel und das reichliche Frühstück.

Über unser Zimmer waren unmögliche Gäste, die Nachts mächtig umher getrampelt sind.

Ich wurde als Gast sehr gut betreut.

Wichtig war für mich ein Parkplatz am Hotel. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück. Ausblick vom Zimmer zur Ostsee.

Für ein Kurzaufenthalt geeignet

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sind die Zimmer ok, ansonsten viel zu klein. Die Auswahl war nicht groß, ansonsten ok. Die Lage sehr gut.

Der schlechteste Urlaub den wir jemals hatten und auch der kürzeste!

Wir waren schon oft im Vienna, das Personal bevorzugt Polen als deutsche. Ich hatte auch mehrmals versucht mit Boocking.com Kontakt aufzunehmen, war aber nicht möglich! Wir sind am folge Tag abgereist weil es meiner Freundin nicht gut ging!

Wir waren zuerst in der 6. Etage untergebracht ,dort waren die Lüfter so laut, das wir in die 4. Etage wechselten . Dort war die Heizung zu laut, erst wenn man auf 5 gestellt hat war sie etwas leiser! Dadurch natürlich viel zu warm im Zimmer.An ruhigen Schlaf war nicht zu denken! Ich wollte stornieren, dass war nicht möglich !Dienstag haben wir um 09:30 Uhr das Hotel verlassen ! Ich bitte um Rückmeldung! Rechnung bis Di kann ich nachweisen! Anzumerken wäre außerdem, dass das Frühstück viel zu teuer war… 25euro pro Person! Das preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht! Hauseigene Parkplätze gab es auch nicht, alles belegt!!! Kein Check in mehr für uns!!!

Immer wieder, da die Lage , das Personal und das Essen super sind

Das Personal war toll, die Lage ist ich super

Der Aussenpool war nicht gut gepflegt ( Schmutzig- mit Sand) und im Spa Bereich sind keine Handtücher, kein Duschbad.. für 160 Euro/ Nacht wäre das schön .

mit Einschränkung ok aber leider nichts mehr für mich

gutes Zimmer und das Essen war eintönig aber gut

Der Friseur benutzt alte Wechsel Kurse und macht Unterschied zwischen Polen und Deutsche viel zu Teuer, in 4 Tagen Wurden im Zimmer keine Mülleimer geleert noch Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt. Schwimmbad zu Kalt

The seafront and central location is second to none. Great sea views and sunsets.

WiFi was not reliable. Loud music from morning till midnight. Room wasn't ready, I had to ask for missing bedding and towels for my kid. Car park cost, 129 zl per night, is twice the market rate in this area. I parked for 60 zl nearby. Modest facilities - no gym, no wet room, no jacuzzi. Outdoor pool not heated, so I haven't seen any guests using it.

Very nice hotel with lots of entertainment.

Nice pool, bowling, very nice staff at the reception and in the restaurant, tasty food in the restaurant, tasty breakfast, close to the beach, balcony and a beautiful sea view.

Room WI-FI needed

Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, bathroom shower, daily breakfast, ping pong room, comfortable bed, room service response for necessary items.

Wi-Fi inside room very poor, small room for 3 people, vacuuming under bed needed, aluminium hot water pot not clean, updated mini bar menu needed, small two person blue cloth seat needs vacuuming. Not enough space for additional mobile twin bed in room.

Superb

Perfectly clean, great location, comfortable beds. I liked the interior and that there were a lot of options for the kids. Hotel staff was very accommodating and nice. The pool was warm and relaxing, even if not too big. Breakfast was good and even had children's self-service table - appropriate height so that even toddlers could grab the food themselves. Nice touch.

1. The hotel doesn't have a key card holder by the door, which led to my friend locking herself out of her room no less than three times in 2 days. The personnel opened her door with no problems every time, but she was mortified. Not very convenient. 2. The pierogi in a hotel restaurant - better order something else. 3. Spa treatments are expensive - prices aren't any lower than in Berlin. 4. There's a beauty salon on premises but it doesn't belong to the hotel, so it's not possible to book something from beauty procedures on hotel website. Spa treatments belonging to the hotel offer only include massage.

Very nice

location was awesome and complementary breakfast was delicious. stuff was very friendly.

they have a very small parking lot so when we arrived we had no spot to park the car. lucky next to the hotel we found a parking lot for way cheaper. we were luck though. if you forget to make reservations for your car you might have to walk with luggage for miles

Nice location, close to the sea.

We book 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 children but when we arrived the receptionist said it was the price for 4 adults only and if I want extra bed for 2 children I have to pay 25e extra each per day. It was very unfair as I book our stay on booking.com for 6 people! For 4 star hotel breakfast was very poor, every day the same. The pool and kids area was very small and very limited. I don’t think I will ever go back to that hotel!

I will go back because it had all the amenities that I wanted with good price and nice decor!

I liked the beach, pool area, the Decor of the place were very nice and staff was nice. I liked that there was a special area reserved for guests and you got the lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, robes. They keep everything very clean especially in the inside pool area. They had a nice cool water tank to get water when you were thirsty. It was a family friendly atmosphere. Very close to center of town and lots of amenities, food, drink right across the street.

The rooms were very small for 2 adults and 1 kid and did not have air conditioner or fans. We went during hot wave in June. One of the elevators was not working, so slowed down transit. The parking lot was full when we got there so had to park on street, so reserve your parking in advance. I would have liked a beach/pool bar to order draft beer instead of the bottle beer. There was construction going on putting in a new deck, so there was added noise that would not have normally been there.
