Fantastic location and lovely view from the terrace. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was basic and the pool was very small and had no bar/food service.

The main negative was a distinct distance many of the staff maintained from guests, a lack of warmth, poor attempt at reaching out with enthusiasm to the guest and projecting a sense of real hospitality, which should be at the core of every good hotel experience. Some more training of staff to try to be more welcoming and helpful and interested in guests might improve the situation. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice.

The room was spacious, updated and the views were stunning.
The jacuzzi in the room smelled like bleach, tried to rinse it out but could not. There were guests partying at the pool until 3 a.m. I tried to call the front desk but no one answered. The next day the same group were partying on the deck shared with me, they were intoxicated and obnoxious, wish I did not have a deck with them.
