The cleanliness is impeccable. Room 606 was modern and had everything I needed as a solo traveller. The shower was very powerful. No view but I didn’t mind as I was only in room to sleep after walking a lot during day. It is very close to the superb Metro underground train. Close to shops, cafes and the city centre.
No bar!!! But there is a little one opposite the hotel.

Close proximity to the commercial port

The hotel is clean, neat and well run. It is not extravagant, but very functional. The location near a key metro station is a huge plus.
The neighbourhood is not very good and you see some homeless people , garbage etc. However, it is quite safe and there are no botherances. The TV channels are all Spanish and you have nothing to watch if you don't speak it.

The blackout curtains were good and the bathroom was clean and the location was good to walk to la rambla (25 minutes). It was walking distance to the underground as well.
The sheets and bed were uncomfortable, the bedsheets were outdated. It felt like sandpaper on our bodies. The elevator was super slow and had poor stopping mechanism. The bathroom is tiny!!!! You also have to pay for the safe, 2 euros each day I believe.
this was a last minute booking which possibly explains why it was so expensive, but so we’re all our other rooms and they were much superior quality. This was the most expensive stay we made on our two week vacation in Spain. Barcelona accommodation is more expensive than other cities and you get horrible quality for.

Lovely staff, arrived 4 hours before check in and were given a choice of room and able to check in early. Comfortable bed and great views from the balcony.
A light on the balcony would’ve been nice, so that we were able to sit outside once it had gone dark.

Centric and close by the place of our interest.
The rooms are quite small. For almost 400 € a night should be a bit bigger.
The bed was not big enough as well. It was a couples bed. However, I would not call that a queen size bed.

The room I was given was NOT the rooms pictured. I walked into a tiny room with a twin sized single bed and it was not overly clean or cozy.
Room size, bed size, discretion from what photos shown, awful watered-down shampoo and body wash.

The only problem are the other guests who argue in their room at 2 or 3 in the morning. Or who decide to play loud music at 8 am. The desk is very helpful in revolving problems.

Localización, staff, bed, bathroom.
Price, feels like 90% of the price is localisation, because single bed and a tiny room are not worth €1,100.

A minor problem but the plumbing in next room was noisey at night

It is unsafe location, one of the friend's phone got stolen while smoking in front of the hotel. The area is full of dilers, prostitutes, etc.
