My trip to Ibiza was ruined by this hotel

There was no breakfast, food/drink available at this hotel, can’t even get a bottle of water.

Had to go over to the sister hotel for food and drink. Breakfast was minimal and nasty. Can’t even get a bottkr of water in the hotel.Pool was ridiculous not one sunvisor or umbrella so you’re literally just there dying so Pool wasn’t used. Rooms all had some worn out pull up bed in that no one could sleep on. Male staff who checked us in was rude and wasted our time. Took so long to check we missed the club. I will never stay at this hotel again

The location was great and the receptionist Phenelope was super helpful and nice to us.

the lift was barely working and had to go up and down to the fifth floor and there is no air conditioning in the corridors. Sometimes the aircon wasn't working in our room.

Remote work & comfy naps by day, sunsets-Mambo-dancing by night!

I was greeted by the lovely Christina, but never saw her again sadly. She was the best front desk employee! The kitchenette was fantastic for a remote worker and someone who wants to cook breakfast. With 2 hotplates, a microwave and fridge, it was great! The mattress was the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel and the pillows were equally comfortable. Memory foam Baby! The housekeeping staff were very friendly and cleaned my floors when I requested. The air conditioner was placed in a good location so that you didn't get cold at night. Lastly, the balcony was perfect for doing my yoga and for sitting out having a drink once the sun went off it. Great location, a stones throw from Mambo, the sunsets and a short walk to the Disco bus to Ibiza town or Playa den Bossa.

The Swimming pool did not have any umbrellas. For a fair-skinned Aussie girl this made it impossible to sit around the pool because the sun was literally on the pool all day :-( I would also like to see more recycling of the room rubbish. I separated my own rubbish and put it out in the recycle bins out in the street otherwise housekeeping just put it all in one bag. Also, my towels kept being changed which also contributed to my carbon footprint. I would've been happy to use my towels for a few days at a time before they were changed. I tried but they kept disappearing.

Fantastic

Pool was fab! Doesn't have a bar but there is a spar just down the road which is perfect. The people on reception were great, easy check in and room had everything we needed.

didn’t end up staying at this property due to confusion over the room and a water issue. however moved to Del Mar and was very happy with the facilities and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful

Would have appreciated some prior warning for the hotel change as we didn’t get told until getting to the front desk.

worst experience out of my entire Europe trip.

arrived at our hotel on check in date & they said they didn’t have room for us even though it was pre booked from a MONTH AGO. Sent us to another hotel in a different location & wouldn’t compensate us in any shape or form whatsoever and actually ended up charging us EXTRA for a “tourist fee”???? disgusting staff. the girl with the blonde hair LAUGHED IN MY FACE and said we simply won’t get a room if we don’t pay (when asking for a discount or compensation to which we got neither. went to the other hotel, the elevator, phone and AC wasn’t working. terrible terrible experience would not recommend.

the staff are disgustingly room and unaccomadating at all you do not get your moneys worth do not spend a dollar in this disgusting filthy hole.

Simple hotel

It's a simple room; the cleaning was not very good. the bathroom curtain was disgusting! It was very dirty, and needs to be changed! the bathroom window was locked! and could not open! I had to ask hotel maintenance, and they removed the lock! the air conditioning doesn't work very well! It was old! The hotel has potential but needs a lot of improvement!

Well located but can be noisy.

Well located, nearby the city centre. 15 minutes walk from bus station.

Could hear my neighbour being sick all night and the other one putting on the music loud. Hopefully the hotel can do something about it but too many people with little respect.

To sum up, it was excellent to stay at this property.

The property is very well located, near all kinds of commerce and transport, the beach is close by and the port as well, so it made it easier to do water activities, the rooms are cleaned and very well maintained as there are cleaners that come almost everyday to clean the room, change the sheets and the towels.

There was a little misunderstanding about the room on the check in day, but it was soon resolved and the stuff made sure we were satisfied.

Great value for money, would recommend this place to anyone.

Pool was closed for a couple days which was a minor inconvenience as we were able to use the hotel over the road. All staff very friendly and even gifted me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday! Would recommend.

The only issue we had was the pool was being cleaned over 3 days we were there (we were only there for 5 days total) so it kind of caused a minor issue in that sense, but we could use the facilities at the hotel over the road.

Don’t get me wrong we love this hotel but…..

Arrived here with my wife and kid sister Friday late on 8pm (ish) to be told our room was not available (same as another 3 couples still due to check in) they had simply over booked. 😩but what went on from then was just a mess and completely unacceptable. The girl on the desk was not helpful at all, in fact she was rude to the fact anyone that came in after she would just start dealing with them and make us wait, we finally got her round to ringing the other Vibra hotels on the island (there as very many) but she had little luck and we were sat waiting and waiting. She finally called us over to show us the most run down / worst one they have in San antoni (I’ve seen it before on the net) which we refused, as we did the same with the next one. The girl on the desk just told us to go out and enjoy Ibiza and just dump the bags for now 🤦🏽‍♂️ as to which we replied yes we want nothing more but the girls weren’t going to go out without getting ready and also not without knowing if they even had somewhere to stay. After a little chat we did this but only popped down to mambo for a few drinks and headed back up. After a little more waiting we were called back to the desk. She had found us a new option finally which was Vibra Pieces.. if anyone knows pieces then they know it’s total party hotel not relaxing one little bit and even though by that stage we just went with it as it was very late by then, but what she didn’t grasp was we know it is a 4 star and bigger, closer to the action but we have stayed at the Vibra sanan which used to be called Don Pepe loads of times and we love how chill it is, the pool area, the views and the location most out of any hotel on the island it was always our go to. Party through the night, tan and chill through the day but we will never come back again with Vibra leading them as it was a complete joke and ruined our visit to some degree ad the hotels are completely different.

Dissapointing check-in & payment experience

Good location

The front desk staff was very disorganized and rude. We've paid for the rooms in advance but they weren't able to find a payment & made us pay twice. We asked to talk to the reservation manager or boss - no reaction, and no one connected us with them. After a long flight & transfer guests had to wait additional hour to check-in. Very dissapointing

The worst place to stay on Ibiza - THEFT, UNSAFE, UNFRIENDLY STAFF!

The worst place to stay on Ibiza - avoid at ALL costs. We had a nightmare stay! Theft, unsafe and dirty! Iphone Charger was stolen on the 2nd night and not returned! The replacement charger we got from the hotel was also stolen on the 4th night. We were checked into a room on the 6th floor and the elevator had broken down twice during our stay. We asked to be moved to the first floor - successfully, however, did not realize that our new room was unlocked from the outside, allowing anybody to enter our room. We slept in this unsafe room for one night without even knowing about this issue! We could have been raped or attacked that night, but the hotel staff did not even care! The next morning, we were moved to a second room with no kitchen, although we had booked a room with a kitchen. We were not refunded for the downgrade of our room. On many occasions, the key to our room would not work. On one occasion, our room was not cleaned. The staff is super unfriendly, except Claudia and Yousef, who were so kind to us and understood our problems. The managers Tatiana and Juan were extremely unprofessional and did nothing to resolve our issues, no refund or apology. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to enjoy your stay in Ibiza and not end up in anxiety and stress. Many locals shook their heads when we told them we were staying at this hotel. ABSOLUTE TRASH! STAY AWAY!!
