Breakfast poor,we have to pay for parking

Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Location is OK if you are traveling by car.

Weak Internet, kept disconnecting. Nothing in the small fridge, not even a bottle of water. Only two bath towels, no smaller towels for face or hands. Not one single glass in the room, not even a plastic cup. Cheap toilet paper. Very difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower, it was either boiling hot or very cold.

The bed was alright

Breakfast could be better. The bathroom ceiling was in bad shape. Hygiene has a lot of room for improvement, especially in the shower. Linens should be replaced when worn out. Better ingredients and preparation should be used for making dinner. Goods prices were way higher than the ones in snack places.

Just walking distance from Iguatemi. Restaurant was open for lunch and dinner every day except Sunday, but you need to ask. Quiet. Everyone at the front desk understood English.

We missed having an exercise room. They did not have a morning paper or pamphlets recommending local tourist sites and places to eat.

Shampoo had finished and I had to wash my hair with soap.

Good breakfast, good value-price equation and very attentive staff. Internet worked very well. Room clean and good bed.

25 min to check in...employees were ok. But the process is too slow and not straight forward.
