Convenience and comfort
The carpet on the level 5 corridors was the pretty worn and tired looking, didn’t affect our stay but for aesthetics it would be a let down

Hotel is just straight across from airport, great location. I had to clean part of the room.
Room could do with a good clean

Great location, especially of getting an early morning flight. Staff were very friendly.
Hotel room is a little dated, but otherwise the beds were very comfortable and clean.

The location close to the Glasgow airport was convenient. Dining was very nice as was the staff.
We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The fan in the bathroom was filthy. No lamp on the table where the kettle, tea, coffee and supplies are placed. One of the ceiling lights was also burnt out. The mattress and pillows on the bed were hard and uncomfortable. We were appalled with the amount of dust/dirt under the bed! There were a couple of red stains on the carpet near the table. Having to pay and extra $21.00 Pounds for parking was unexpected and I didn't feel I should have been charged.
