Perfect location.

Perfect location, staff were friendly.

Wanted a snack but had to make do with a small waffle biscuit and a chocolate coin.

Alright but given the cost, not value for money

Convenient and Enjoyable Stay

Conveniently adjacent to Glasgow Airport, and the 24/hr check in and late check out (12pm) made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. There is also a luggage storage in the hotel (on payment) which meant that we could store and later collect our luggage even after checking out.

Plugs were in a funny position - not by the beds - but perhaps that was just our room. It was not a problem anyways as still managed to charge my phone!!

Perfect location

I travel lots through Glasgow but only stay 1 night. This is perfect for my needs. So close to the airport. I usually arrive early evening and fly out early afternoon the next day.

Suits my needs. Comfortable and lovely staff.

Convenience and comfort

Convenience to the Airport as we had an early departure, Staff were very courteous and provided the exit tickets for our lift to exit the airport carpark at no extra cost.

Simple room, easy airport access.

Location was perfect. I liked the easy check in.

I would have liked a removable showerhead in the bathroom.

Location was handy, staff lovely, just disappointed with the food menu and price.

The location was brilliant. The room was good. Broken basin in the bathroom. The slippers were nice touch. Took the cotton waffle housecoat out of the cupboard, live moth on it. Noticed there were moths on the net curtain. Fridge useful.

I did not like the Dove shower gel ect. Could you not get a Scottish brand , lighter better for the planet like highland soap company. The room was fine. The restaurant food variety a disappointment. Frozen stringy chicken schnitzel heated up. Everything had strong sauces and rocket as a vegetable. Not much choice.

Awful and over priced. Will not stay there again.

The carpets were threadbare in areas and in some parts had lifted and were dangerous as it was easy to trip on their uneven surface. The room did not have net curtains so other rooms could see in when the main curtain was open. The handle on the toilet was coming off. The whole hotel needs refurbishment. I feel sorry for the staff who were helpful and pleasant.

Great spot for travelling on next day. Enjoyed our stay.

That the car dropping us off had to pay a fee 9n way out, this is really disappointing.

Ok for an overnight stay before a flight but not much more

Ideally located for onward travel from Glasgow airport

The food in the restaurant was very average in quality-the chicken was so dry as to be inedible

Disappointed! As a regular guest!

Very comfortable room

The meal from the bar was an embarrassment! Chips were cold, the server took ages to return and then the burger was cold. You shouldn’t say 4 star if you can’t cope !

Off to Lanzarote in the morning.

The convenience for the Airport, and only a short trip from the train station. Perfect for us.

There was one member of staff who did put a damper on things. This staff member was working in the restaurant. We did as we were asked and confirmed at reception that there was an available table. When we approached this person she asked if we had a booking, we told her what we just told you. She wasn't happy and seemed like she didn't want to even be there. All things considered the food we had was lovely, and we didn't allow this episode to upset us any further.

Disappointed

Location. Hotel is straight opposite airport entrances.

The room definitely needs updating. TV didn't work right, only 1 channel and heating system did not work at all.

I'd rather have slept in my car

Location to the airport.

After a long flight the prospect of a relaxing sleep in a king room was sadly lacking. The room was even more tired than I was. The sink didn't drain, the toilet flush was hanging off the wall and whoever started painting the back of the bathroom door mustn't have went to Specsavers as it was an embarrassment. The room was in desperate need of refurbishment. Having stayed on the 15th of December and thoroughly enjoyed the stay I was deflated at the stay on the 18th December.

Room's interior was nothing but shabby. No central heating in room, just a poor mobile device. Bathroom was icecold

For an Airport Hotel good value for money and literally two minutes walk to main entrance.

Room clean and facilities v good. Ensuite clean. Breakfast self-service but ample to choose from food-wise. Restaurant for an evening meal is superb bit pricy but adequate as a service charge is added so don't leave a tip.

The remote for the TV in the room batteries need changing. Otherwise no issues

Can’t fault the location

Great location - came in quite late and no problems checking in, left early and got our wake up call. I’ve stayed here before and last time the Staff were terrible but this time they were great. Very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower and good pressure. Has a lift.

Couldn’t work the tv or the phone but managed to accidentally dial zero and get reception so got food up to the apartment.

Very Poor unfortunately, i know this hotel well, but you need to know

No heating, this is the second time this happen to me over a period of two weeks, very poor experience, i have stayed at this hotel in numerous occasions, but i think i need to reconsider this due to a lack of heating - room one had a portable heater, the second time - room, had nothing, no heat, terrible to be honest! The worst of it was i travelled to Sweden which was minus 17 degrees and i never had this situation, obviously a couple of things here, the heating system is in a very poor condition, and secondly there seems to be a concerted effort to not heat the building?

Everything went smoothly.

I can't use the invoice I've been given in my company name. The print quality is very poor and VAT has been wrongly added - should be 0% as I used a Portuguese VAT number. I only saw it when I was in the terminal building and had no time to return and question it.
