Location good as very near Paddington station. Staff friendly. Have to hand keys in to reception when leaving the hotel. On my second night the receptionist asked me for my name before handing me the key to my room. This should have been done on my first night, so maybe some staff training would be a good idea.
A small, single, room, but big enough for a very short stay. Just enough room in the bathroom with shower and toilet. As usual on this side of Norfolk Square there is the rumble of the underground trains from about 6 AM to 1 PM the following night.

The location was perfect. It was very close to Paddington station and the area is well connected with city centre. Food is very nice there as well.

Perfect location, clean room, and clean sheets. The bathroom was very, very tiny. Good value for a short stay in London. Enjoyed being able to take walks in Hyde Park, which is just a short distance away.
We carried our suitcases up to the third floor using the stairs, as no assistance was offered with luggage. This was particularly challenging after a long journey.
