Room small but comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very good location, only minutes from Paddington Station (walking)
Breakfast service was not really good towards the end of the allotted time. The quality of the breakfast was good enough, though. Only the coffee was not good -> room for improvement!

Location, clean and accessible
No plug in en suite, sink plug hole dirty and en suite very cramped.
Breakfast - poor choice, waiting for crockery and juice and only apples for fruit choice.

Easy check-in and good location. The room had a window with natural light. It was fine for a one night stay.

"Really easy to get to the hotel. Specially if you are arriving from Heathrow or London City Airport.
Staff was really friendly."
