Perfect for my needs - one night in London for a professional engagement - straightforward clean and comfortable room in a good location. Nice to be in a hotel where I am able to open a window.
Water pressure's a bit low when your room is right at the top.

Great location as we used this as a stopover weekend on the way to Gatwick airport.
Lift wasn't working. Having a lift was something we checked beforehand, two women in our sixties with some physical issues, carrying suitcases was not an option. However, staff did carry our luggage upstairs and down when we left.
