The hotel's location was great for being close to Bolzano's center, as well as proximity to the train station. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had an early train to catch and let the front desk know; we were told we could have breakfast before the standard hours but it might not be a complete buffet. However, when we arrived at the dining area, the buffet was completely set up, much to our (pleased) surprise!
While using the internet one evening it went down and we weren't able to reconnect.

The location is amazing, across the street from
The train & bus stations and a 5-10 minute walk into the central shopping areas. The room was comfortable & spacious (stayed in a triple with only 2 people, so it felt roomy for Italy!), beds were firm and comfy. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of options.
Staff was kind of snobby and there were amenities offered to people who booked directly on the hotel website that were explicitly not available to anyone booking on third party site like booking.com (ex: included bus tickets & bus reservations) Also, this was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in Italy in, but only marginally better- didn’t feel worth the money.
