Al llegar el personal me atendió fríamente
La habitación tenía olor a humo de tabaco
No había pasta dental y te la venden en la recepción a 5 euros un estuche pequeño que da vergüenza.

Moderno, cama cómoda y grande y parking. Y que dispusiese de carritos para cargar el equipaje.
La ubicación . Si bien se encuentra a 30 min andando de la Puerta de Madrid - una de las entradas al casco histórico -, la zona donde se ubica el hotel es una zona industrial con bloques nuevos construyéndose y sin nada de interés : ni tiendas ni cafeterías ni bares salvo una Tagliatella, Taco Bell, Popeyes, Foster Hollywood.

Camas y almohadas muy confortables y grandes, el cuarto de baño limpio y luminoso. La ducha y el bidé muy buenos. La atención del personal excelente, y el trato abajo en el bar, muy amable. Como plus, se puede aparcar fuera del recinto con un poco de suerte y está cerca de la salida a la carretera, no se callejea.
El armario era un poco raro y no muy cómodo de usar. No sirven jabones ni útiles de aseo; gel y champú están anclados con lo que para usar el bidé, a ver dónde pones el jabón.

La gente del hotel era muy simpática y encantadora. La presentación del baño y la habitación muy limpia y ordenada, dando un sentimiento acogedor. El aparcamiento estuvo bastante bien y los días en los que estuve alojado pude aparcar a pesar de que habían muchos huéspedes.
La única mala experiencia que me llevo de la estancia en el hotel fue que hacía bastante frio en la habitación. Traté de con el aire ponerlo en la parte que se suponía que daba calor, pero no lo conseguí. Hacía el frio suficiente como para que el agua que tenía en la habitación estuviera fría. Agradecer que me hubieran puesto un edredón para dormir.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. There’s a good atmosphere and nothing is too much.

Good value for money. It was an alternative not to get into Madrid with a car.
Location, clean, parking available.
The hotel was perfect for a short stay in North Madrid.

There were ample parking spaces when we arrived.
The room was well appointed with a huge bed. It was very clean and there were excellent shower facilities. There was nice seating area with tables outside.
We had a small dog with us and we were allowed to take our breakfast into the reception lobby and eat there. Reception staff very helpful indeed. The continental breakfast offered a good range of food.
We will almost certainly return here when we next visit Spain.
When a hotel looks after you so well, then you don't like to find fault. The only thing that would have enhanced our stay would have been tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
By late evening parking spaces were of a premium with people parking on the walking areas.

Very good location for visiting both Alcala de Henares and Madrid. Very helpful and kind staff. They gave us good advices on how to visit better Madrid.

Not really my thing but was presented well and set me up for the next stage of my trip to Almera.

- No soundproofing. We were woken by returning partygoers at 01.30, loud snoring at 3.00 and a barking dog at 5.30. Didn't sleep well.
