Atencion excelente y buena calidad precio

La atencion en recepcion fue estupenda y la ubicacion es buena. La edificacion es historica y tiene un patio muy bonito. El apartamento es sencillo y bastante comodo. Buena calidad precio

Viajar y sentirte en casa.

La casa Palacio es preciosa. El apartamento que utilizamos es grande y muy luminoso. Decoración sencilla, menos es más. El personal maravilloso, pendientes de que tu estancia sea fantástica. Viajé con mis padres y como tenían disponibilidad, nos ofrecieron cambio de nuestro apartamento por otro más cómodo para ellos. También se ocuparon de cambiar colchón, dicho y hecho. En cuanto a la cafetería, tanto la carta de cafés y como las tostadas enamoran. El presonal, muy profesional, se adaptan a tus gustos, su simpatía y amabilidad extraordinarias hacen que te sientas en casa. La ubicación en una de las calles más transitadas de El Puerto, aparcamiento al lado, farmacia, bancos, restaurantes .... todo al alcance de la mano. Para lo único que necesitas coche o transporte público es para acercarte a las preciosas playas. Sin duda ya tenemos el sitio perfecto para volver en El Puerto de Santa María.

Si le tengo que poner un pero.... las contraventanas no encajan a la perfección. Son de madera antigua, hay que repetarlas por la singularidad del edificio.

Sehr schick, hier kann man auch längere Zeit Urlaub machen.

Zentrale Lage, saubere schicke Zimmer. Frühstück gibt es im unteren Bereich. Parken kann man im nahen Parkhaus.

Good s/c stop , PSMaria has a lot to offer travellers.

Convenient for evening walks and meals, catamaran or train nearby for Cadiz.

Tired at end of season , a/c leaked onto sofa. laundry a boon unless you were in room next door.

Fantastic location and great staff

Fabulous breakfast at adjoining cafe Our hire car was towed and the wonderful lady in the coffee shop helped us so much. She called us a taxi and sent us to the police station to retrieve our car!!

El Puerto needs more of this!

Fabulous location, beautifully redone urban mansion. Very comfortable, simple and basic, but complete. Host responsive through WhatsApp. El Puerto needs more of what this owner has to offer - restoring the downtown buildings, beautifying and livening things up in el centro. ¡Bravo!

We got there late one Sunday night (7pm-ish), I think it was, and there were no other guests or anyone at the reception or at the café.

Great rooftop apartment for remote work-place and life.

Location: A - in between the busy Restaurant zone and the zone where the locals go to the market. Restaurant: A - great food, very reasonable prices, nice people. Quiet: Everyone was very chill at night.

Disappointing

Staff responsive to some of the needs/complaints. Location very central, withing walking distance to many restaurants.

Very poor value for money. Price of apatrment equivalent of a fully furnished house with swimming pool in other beachfront parts of Spain. Beds were uncomfortable and windows didn't close properly making it difficult to sleep with noise outside. Kitchen very very basic (no oven), no clothes washing facilities inside apartment. Rooms themselves were not fully enclosed, so you can't be in the living room while others are sleeping.

Not ideal for quiet vacation , especially with baby

Location, owner professionalism and politeness, local Spanish ambience.

Mostly the excessive noise due to fact that street side rooms are too noisy because of the poor window soundproofing. Nevertheless the owner was professional and understanding so he changed the room. But the noise because of young teenage occupants is another issue. The owner tries his best to control them.

Best view in town

Beautiful property. The entrance is magnificent. Wow. Also we got really lucky and got the pent house apartment. Which was amazing. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Also superb help. They even gave us complimentary water bottles when we did the check out. And the cafe connected to the hotel has the best breakfast. Everything was soooo good! Can’t wait to go back!

Great for our family!

The location was great with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The staff were super friendly and responsive. Our coffee maker stopped working after the first day and they immediately brought me another one. The bathrooms were very clean and the air conditioners worked well which was a must for a visit in August. They had a spot in front of the hotel for unloading and loading our car plus an elevator to help take our bags to the second (third by US count) floor apartment.

Parking can be a challenge for larger cars - it's an old town built with horses in mind, not cars. Found a lot around the corner that had more room between parking spots.
