The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming, I had a very pleasant stay for work (not far from central Kidderminster, Hoo Farm Industrial estate and the railway station are easily accessible). Breakfast was abundant and delicious. There's a 24h petrol station next door for midnight snacks.
The TV didn't have a lot of channels, but I didn't need it.

The breakfast choice was limited but what there was was good.
The bathroom sink didn't have a plug and the bath had mould around the edges. The carpet had burn marks from an iron and the net curtain was hanging off it's track.

comfortable stay.

The price was cheaper than travelodge and included complimentary breakfast.
Free parking.
The staff were very polite and helpful taking my bag to the room.
The first impressions are important and the reception area needs a good re vamp and the doors need a good wet wash!
Also the bathroom door in our room needed a good wet wash!
