Good location, although street outside a bit noisy late at night. Also, area around hotel slightly dodgy at night - broken bottles, people hanging around.
Room could’ve been cleaned more often. TV wasn’t reliable. Area around property a bit dodgy. Soundproofing in property poor

Very comfortable and friendly hotel very close to Moulin Rouge, Rue Lepic and Montmarte.
Nothing our stay was perfect

The room was well equipped with iron, ironing board, standing fan and sufficient crockery. The dishwasher was a bonus.
There was a lot of noise from the room above when they moved furniture around during the night disturbing my sleep.
The breakfast was not great value: €15 for a small buffet but the kitchenette meant we didn't need to rely on the offered breakfast.
