Posizione super centrale, Staff veramente gentile e attento, sempre a disposizione. Facile parcheggio nella piazza proprio dietro all'ingresso principale dell'Hotel. Animazione al pub interno da 10 e lode, abbiamo passato una serata divertentissima! Colazione ricca e gustosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo !!!

Very small single bed and small telly.
Breakfast was average ordered poached eggs which were too runny. Colleague ordered bacon sandwich but it had so much margarine on the bread he had to leave it.

Easy to find and car park was large. Bed was very comfy
The way to check in is not marked well enough. Service in the bar was slow whilst a lot of staff are there. Advised your not allowed to eat take away a in your room a little unsure why

Steps from the Abbey and park.
Super small rooms on the second floor, lots of stairs, and no lift.

The location was handy.
The Sani flo ran all night, doors slammed often in corridors, they have no air con and have chicken wire across windows so that they can remain half open, this leads on to a car park where people are coming and going all night, breakfast stops ridiculously early.

Breakfast and breakfast staff absolutely amazing.
Restaurant staff.
I had a dinner with my wife and kid.
Waiters not very welcome, I had to ask 3 times to get our glass of water refilled and the last one I just give up. And we decided to get our Bottle of water out from our bag.
I would recommend for food, not for service.

staff were all amazing, every single person from reception desk, bar, restaurant, chef and housekeepers could not do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable

All Brilliant except the TV didn't work very well at all and was unwatchable & the Bathroom mirror was sited for a very tall person (we could only see the top of our heads). These issues were not a problem for us and I alerted reception to them on our departure, I hope they address this. Otherwise brilliant room, breakfast and staff attitude were brilliant.

location in city centre and close proximity to train station
My room could have been better. it was quite small. I couldn’t get the curtain to close properly so street lighting shone into the room.
bathroom very small and toilet position not the best.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of town one block from the main church with lots of coffee shops/restaurants close by. The included breakfast was excellent both Traditional and Vegetarian Scottish breakfast available.
nothing I can think of...

Modern,clean rooms.Delicious breakfast
Our executive room although very clean & modern was very small. There was no where to put our case other than on the bed ! Fortunately we were only there 1 night so wasn't a massive issue but wouldn't like to stay for any longer..

Nice room, great location, excellent breakfast and helpful staff.
Saturday night Kareoke very loud in bedroom. Doesn't end until midnight. Asked for a quiet room but obviously never got one.

Cracking hotel. Great staff and location. Goid comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast
Now I am being very picky as there was not much that I can complain about. But the breakfast juices were warm so would be great if they were refrigerated or kept on ice. And no salt/pepper or sugar & teaspoons on table. But your staff were great when I asked for some..

The meal we had in the restaurant was absolutely lovely! I can highly recommend the Balmoral Chicken.
Carry our bags up from the carpark without a lift was a bit of a struggle.

My first room was in the attic and with there being no lift and me having a heart condition the staff very happily put in a room on the first floor which life a lot easier,
The staff overall were very, very helpful and always happy to help.
In the City centre and no problem parking and plenty of shops within walking distance
Nothing.
It was a good location for what I was seeing in Fife and Angus

Everything was superb. The clean comfortable and quiet room to the reasonably priced excellent food and drink. Staff were extremely helpful especially the girl at reception. The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the centre where it all happens. I will return. Also the free parking under the canopy.
