Nice clean apartment with all the facilities. Nice neighborhood (student/college area), 10 minute walk to to city
Slow internet with bad coverage, Noisy neighboring apartment (tv on full blast constantly), Made me pick up the keys and code on another location, downtown.

I found the accommodation perfect for my week long stay. It was clean, comfortabe, nicely furnished, and well equiped. The kitchen had a microwave, hob and fridge freezer, which were ideal for making simple meals. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good, with a non-slip surface.
The location was within a few minutes walking distance to the city centre.
There are steps into the property, and more steps to access the lower floor, which could be a problem for those with mobility problems, though there is a lift to the higher floors.
It would be good to have spare waste bags provided for those having a lengthier stay.

Friendly staff, good communication. Nice courtyard. Stovetop coffee maker! (In my room at least, don't know about the others.
Room at the front was absurdly, ridiculously noisy. Hot water not up to scratch, despite the boiler being located in the bathroom. Demanding a EUR50 cash deposit, to be refunded after a week or two (?) to my bank account, isn't acceptable - charge it to the card on check in and refund it to the card at check out, like every other hotel that takes a deposit. Kitchen equipment was a small, random collection with a couple of useful things, but no thought or effort with regard to what guests will actually need.
