Well maintained, friendly owner operated. Good wifi , sumptuous breakfast, clean rooms shout out to the polite humble Ali who attends to guests. Quiet historical street set in the heartland of Sultanahmet. If you know the surroundings and can hike up steep cobble stone roads if great. If not a struggle I’m fit was bit difficult for the missus , but she enjoyed the stay. 7 minute stiff walk up to Blue mosque then you can tram it to grand bazar, uni in one direction and towards Galata bridge in the other to catch a ferry to Asia side of Istanbul. Stupidity expensive
Steep climb to walk about , that’s just swaying if you don’t fancy a hike. Lots stores around and convenient to get knock knacks.

Comfortable hotel with a great location.
There is no elevator but staff was very quick to help with luggage.
