This is a brilliant hotel right in the middle of Konstanz. The staff were so helpful in storing our luggage whilst we cycled around the lake and there was excellent bike storage when we returned. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean and the sheets are particularly lovely! The highlight of this place is the breakfast/ bar room on the top floor with views over the lake to the Alps beyond. Breakfast was great and even though it’s in the centre of town it was quiet and relaxed.

very well located, it is clean and modern. The breakfast area on the 8th floor provides excellent views. Decently good breakfast options. The room area was quite nice as the shower box area.
There was no refrigerator nor air conditioning..No place to properly use a laptop.

We really loved our room and where we ate breakfast on the 8th floor. The view was wonderful. It was in a very good position near the lake and amongst the shops/ restaurants.
The staff were very friendly and helpful too, especially Amir who was so kind and chatty with us.
It was a bit hot in our room

The terrace on the rooftop, the breakfast was superb, the room with the balcony and the location
A kettle and a fridge would have been the cherry on the cake
