Good Breakfast with perfect location

Breakfast buffet was great, hotel location was close to all amenities, easy to call taxis, various food options close by. We enjoyed our stay.

Initially we have to change our room 3 times, as there was bit of weird damp smell, but ultimately got a nice room. Hot water had some issues in early morning.

Affordable, great location, perfect for a budget travelling family.

Location was excellent. A 5-min walk from the Ben Thanh markets, 5-10min walk from the pedestrian streets. Breakfast was plentiful, rooftop pool was refreshing. Yummy cocktails, great hot chips. Staff very friendly & helpful.

The bath/shower combination: the handheld shower in a deep bath meant water went everywhere. The massive side-of-the-building TV outside our room was visible even through closed curtains at night. But entertaining to watch during the day!

Viel Besser als bewertet. Prima.

Zwei Hotels in einem. Das entspannte Miteinander mit dem zweiten, preislich höheren Alagon, vor allem auch beim Frühstück war toll. Das Frühstück übrigens auch. Pool, Rooftop und Bar sind schön belebt – Drinks, Music und Ambiente super. Insgesamt viel besser als erwartet. Gute Adresse!

Darstellung der beiden unterschiedlichen Hotels in einem, war bei Booking.com unklar.

Okay option for a short stay

Overall, I'd say the hotel is good. The rooftop offers a great view of HCMC. When it comes to breakfast, they have a nice variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location is super convenient as it's right in the heart of the city. You'll find plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores nearby to explore.

We had a bit of a noisy stay at the hotel. It wasn't because of the outside traffic but rather because of some hotel maintenance work that started as early as 8am. Also, some of the guests in the hallway were a little loud, especially in the early mornings. We also had some trouble with the shower water temperature, which kept fluctuating from super hot to warm. Additionally, the swimming pool and jacuzzi weren't in the best shape. The swimming pool, in particular, wasn't regularly cleaned, so it wasn't the most pleasant experience. But overall, we still had a decent stay. We hope the hotel can address these issues so that future guests can have an even better experience.

Great location, lovely pool, great helpful staff

The pool is a wonderful bonus, the top floors with pool and jacuzzi are well designed with plants and great views.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing- lots to choose from but maybe a lack of choice for westerners- cornflakes would have been welcome! Coffee was great.

Very enjoyable stay with friendly staff and great amenities.

A Nice large room in District 1 within walking distance of the Markets, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Opera House, the War Museum etc. Breakfast was included with plenty of choices (not that I strayed too far from the omelet bar) and my partner made use of the Spa and said it was great. We had a meal on the roof bar and it was very nice as well.

Our Room was opposite a building that had a big bright advertising sign on it, at night it was very bright, we could just close our curtains enough but had to climb up on a seat to do it.

Fabulous stay with the help of Bruno and Kain

I do recommend this hotel so much specially for family and couples, At the reception Mr Bruno and Mr Kain were fabulous very helpful, professional, they organised everything for me trips food and shopping We had a fabulous stay in this hotel the location is amazing no need for a taxi everything is local Just walking distance

Staff and location were good but the room was poor.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was good.

Our ‘deluxe’ room had no natural light - ie it had no window. The room was only marginally bigger than the bed. The shower consisted of a shower head on the bathroom wall with no screen or even a curtain. As a result, when one took a shower the bathroom and everything in it became saturated,

Great hotel!

We arrived in HCMC at 6.00 am and we were at the hotel at 8.00 am. Although we had a check in scheduled at 2.00 pm, the staff was very nice and allowed us to use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, and to have a shower. They also checked our room availability and we finally checked in at 12.00. After a whole night in a bus, we were really grateful. Their buffet breakfast is amazing. The room was very comfortable, especially the pillows. The rooftop is great and was never too crowded when we were there. It was 2 great days, thank you!

Booking.com offers breakfast and lunch with the room. Breakfast worths the deal but the lunch plan doesn’t at all: the lunch set is barely for 2 people and doesn’t include kids. Which is strange for an hotel that calls itself “family friendly”… when we figured this out, we felt a little scammed because the waiters advised us to buy some more food for the kid. Conditions should be clearer. The hallways are very noisy. Some signs asking for guests to be quiet should be considered.

Good location and wonderful staffs

Staffs was very friendly and helpful. Bruno, Trung, Nhật and Hương are among some of the staffs we came across that help us out with checking in and booking transportation. It takes longer to get our rooms ready but we didn’t mind because we very much enjoyed the view from the top balcony. Breakfast was wonderful with a selection of delicious food for everyone in our group. Overall, I’m very please with our stay here.

Central Hotel with pool.

The pool was good. Large room with 2 double beds, that were fine for my husband and I and our two daughters (13 & 11). Central location, walking distance to a few things. Staff were very helpful. Good size comfy beds.

The room was a little tired, as others have mentioned. The bathroom needs a bit of a re-fit - the shower was over a corner bath which wasn't that stable.

Hotel greedy for making extra money

The location of the hotel is centre of city.

The service and the attitude of the hotel. For every single thing they want to make extra money. Even if the towel gets dirty they charge fir you or even the laundry bag they ask charges. . Unprofessional . Even we reach hotel early as our flight land early. The hotel staff not allow to take our luggage in hotel premises. Asking to book hotel room somewhere else and come at check in time. Family have to stand on the road till we pay extra half day charges to hotel for early check in.

Superb hotel and amazing staff

The location, its very near to everything and walkable to tourist spots. the hotel amenities is superb, the breakfast are just amazing and the most important is the staff are just simply the assets of this hotel.. special mention to Timothy, shema and the bell host( Middle aged) assisted us and call the taxi for us.

Not many choices for Breakfasts and not as good as before Covid. This is second time stay in this hotel.

Great spa, great staff, bad room.

Pool / Spa area was great.

The bath/shower was leaking all over the floor. The towels were reeking of smoke, even when asked to change them, got smelly towels. Water was either burning hot or ice cold, unless you manage to find that 0,5mm point where it is balanced.
