Amazing place with a stunning view from the private hot tub in a perfect location at Oia. Irini the host helped us a lot and it was a pleasure staying there.

The view is amazing from the pool and the balcony of the property especially after sunset. The location is perfect for the ppl who don’t travel often from the center of the town and want a quiet place.

there were some hair (from previous guests) on the bed and on the floor inside the bedroom. Also, the reception can be tricky to find because a random car rental guy almost walked into our room by accident.

Everything is perfect. Good price with the best view of the island and super nice rooftop pool!! Will definitely come back again and will stay longer next time.

Host was SO helpful. Assisted with everything and replied immediately. We greatly appreciate it all!! It was also wonderful to have a little mini mart a few steps away.

The view is amazing, the host very service oriented, the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Fully equipped kitchen and short distance to the mini market which is useful wen traveling with a toddler.

As most places in Oia, it is not very private. The front porch didnt close, we used a chair to block it.

Pillows were a little too high for me. But that is minor compared to the great location!

location, views, lack of crowds, amazing customer service. optional breakfast is best value in Oia. amazing place and right at the top of the hill so it’s an easy walk. heat pool and sunset views. after going to Fira for half a day, I can say for certain that there is no where else on the Island except Oia and the wineries that anyone needs to go to.

the humidity was quite high in the room making things on the damper side. A more robust dehumidifier beyond what the current air conditioning unit does might help. pool was warm, but could be hotter on cool days and at night. very comfortable temperature though.

Location is ideal - easy walking distance to the center of Oia but secluded enough to be freed from the swarming masses of people that crowd the city streets and ruin the picturesque aesthetic. If you want the tranquil Santorini experience of your Instagram dreams from the privacy of your personal hot tub overlooking the caldera, you cannot go wrong with this place, especially for the price point - which is VERY reasonable considering the ludicrous prices many of the nearby hotels with similar amenities have. The personalized and thoughtful service provided by the onsite staff was also very much appreciated!

It was a little hard to find initially - though I feel like that is an issue for a lot of the neighboring hotels perched on the side of the cliff. More pathfinding signs on the main walking thoroughfare would be helpful.

Didn't know there are so many steps to use the rooftop pool. My elderly mom had some difficulty to try the pool.

This is my second time to visit Oia and Im glad I choose Gabbiano! First of all, the owner herself is very welcoming and answer my every request promptly, even help me to resolve it! The location wise is abit far away from Oia center but it is also mean privacy and quiet. The jacuzzi, the view, the setting everything just perfect, I couldn’t name anything negative. Wish I have a chance to visit again in the future :) Thank you!

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is the best. This place has an excellent value for money compared to other places my friends stayed and paid for! You dont have to go anywhere for the sunset, it is at your balcony. Perfect, it is just simply perfect!
