The entire stay was very good. Staff as extraordinarily friendly and helpful, I enjoyed the room with its cleanliness and the infrastructure, breakfast was good and overall a good location.
The location is good, but it is a few minutes from the train station for those for whom it matters. There is a bus stop nearby the hotel, though, which helps.

Great location, great breakfast and nice staff
Property was fine but I wish it had been communicated that a bus was available to save having to walk with suitcases

We enjoyed our view of the mountains from our room. The location was good as you could walk or take a bus. Several restaurants are close by. The breakfast offered many options.
Overall the room was clean but I noticed the artificial plants were very dusty.

Eiger view was great.
Room was not so clean. Hairs in bath. And bath needed a scrub. Carpet had extensive stains on it. Bed sheets seemed ok. Breakfast was limited compared to other hotels in area. It was quite a walk from station. That’s for us to check but added on 15 mins to everything.
