Personal encantador y habitaciones limpias

La atención y amabilidad del personal del hotel fue inmejorable. Nos indicaron donde cenar cerca del hotel, nos ofrecieron un desayuno adaptado a nuestras intolerancias y la estancia fue muy agradable.

La distribución de la habitación era un poco extraña y la ventana era pequeña y estaba muy alta. Y la otra cama estaba en un pasillo estrecho.

Très bon accueil : Juan Carlos a été de très bons conseils Répartition des pièces Appartement bien situé par rapport au métro ; pas loin pour les visites touristiques

Manque vaisselle ; trop minimum pour les couverts TV : pas de chaine internationale Chambre : aucun rangement et pas de rideau occultant Appartement propre mais peinture abîmée par endroit Très onéreux pour la prestation

Near transportation, and the staff was very friendly and helpful

We could’ve used more towels and some additional amenities like creamer additional coffee pods.

It is very clean

Location is far from the center; I ordered a wake up call, never got it; the door in the bathroom was making a horrible noise. Not too bad of a hotel, but I have nothing good to say about it besides that it was very clean.

Great staff, very nice hotel room, location was pretty near the metro and the city centre. To add- very nice breakfast and price in general.

Very large room with living room to accomodate 5 persons

During the check-in we had to accept an agreement to clean the dishes and take our garbage out to the trash cans before leaving the room which it was something we didn't expect as it is not a common practice and it wasn't in the hotel's policy that is published in the Booking.com page. Additionally the bathrooms were lacking some minor equipment like e.g. something to hang the toilet paper, our towels etc. There wasn't a toilet brush or a garbage bin in the toilet either.

Superb

Hotel is fantastic. Staff is great. Breakfast is very good. Room was neat and quiet. If you are used to use the Metro and are not expecting a fancy neighbourhood with waking distance attractions, the place is what you need.

Good foundation but lacking a lot!

Nice location and very close to public transport. A few good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Very clean and the staff were friendly.

The room was much smaller than expected. No proper amenities (no fridge, coffee machine, kettle, etc … not even a water glass on the bathroom). The bed was also extremely hard. We stayed for four nights and left full of aches and pains.

clean, close to public transport, nice helpful staff and a nice quiet area

no fridge in the room and no English speaking tv channels as in BBC , CNN , Netflix or anything in this field

Really enjoyable.

The manager, Miriam, and staff (Sara, Mark, etc.) were excellent. We couldn't have wished for a more warm and helpful staff.

It would be good to have a mini fridge in the room.

Passable

Apartment was spacious and clean, with a dishwasher. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms as advertised. Condition of the space was generally good, though sparsely furnished / decorated.

It was not clear that breakfast was an additional charge of 12 EU per person. We spent over 70EU for our family of six to have a few croissants and coffee, which is pretty expensive compared to prices elsewhere for better meals. The location is quite far from any sites that we were interested in, though it is located close to the metro. We didn't know the city well so we didn't realize it would be so out of the way. Also the apartment unit which we stayed in didn't come with any paper towels, sponge, or basic cleaning supplies and there was no house keeping outside of every 4th day. No coffee table in the living room made the room feel very empty and less comfortable to relax on the couches with no where to put a drink or snacks.

Staff of the hotel received us nicely, politely and very accommodating. Facility and room was clean and we had everything we needed.

Good

The staff was nice and helpful, there was someone to help you in the reception 24/7. The hotel was modern and looked nice and clean. Metrostation was nearby and easy to take, once we figured out the system.

It was not as central as we had expected, at least 1-2 different metrotrains to get to the attractions. There was much noice on the hallway in the morning, which kept us awake, perhaps the walls were just thin.
