I really liked the hospitality, especially Brother Noureddine and the person who was with him—I’m sorry, I forgot his name. They were wonderful. You don’t feel like you’re staying in a hostel; you feel like you’re at home. Thank you so much to them!

Honestly, everyone at the accommodation is very nice. The only thing I would suggest is adding another bathroom outside the rooms, for people to use when they need to go to the toilet.

money stolen by hotel personal - don't go there

it is close to the Medina besides that it was a nightmare

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, and we ended up leaving earlier than planned because we no longer felt safe. When we returned to our room, we immediately noticed that our belongings had been searched. All our travel cash we had hidden in the room was stolen. Even more disturbing, our room was searched again the following day. Fortunately, we had moved the rest of our money to a different hiding place. The hotel staff did not even seem to make an effort to hide the fact that someone had gone through our personal belongings. When we reported the theft to the hotel manager, absolutely nothing was done. There was no attempt to help us resolve the situation. As a result, we felt completely unsafe and decided to leave the hotel immediately that same day. The condition of the room was also unacceptable. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain after just one night. The bathroom was dirty, the shower rod was loose and looked like it could fall down at any moment, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. The complete lack of security, the poor condition of the room, and the management's indifference to a serious theft made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere. We have been in Riads in Casablanca, Meknes, Rabat and Marrakech but this one was an absolute nightmare.
